    The Ramona has two bike rooms on the ground floor.

    Ramona residents have a small fob to open the outside doors of the building and to get to the upper floors. Guests can use a call box from the front door on NW 14th or from the courtyard to call residents who can then buzz them in with their phone (cellphone or landline).

  • Community Room

    The large ground floor community room is a comfortable gathering space for residents to meet with friends, do some homework, read a book by the fireplace, or have a birthday party for the kids.

  • Fitness Room

    The Ramona has a fitness room on the second floor, equipped with cardio and weight machines.

  • Furnished Lounges

    There are furnished lounges overlooking the courtyard and adjacent to the laundry rooms – an easy way to connect with neighbors or to bring the kids along while doing your laundry.

  • Laundry Rooms

    Laundry rooms are located centrally on every upper floor and have windows overlooking the courtyard, plenty of folding surfaces, a comfortable seating area, and a play area for children.

    Like many condominiums in the Pearl District, some of the Ramona’s apartments have a bedroom located on an interior wall with no outside windows. These rooms have a continuous supply of fresh air ducted directly into them to provide good air quality (This air supply is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer). The door has a window to allow daylight in when you want it and a mini-blind to keep it dark when it’s time for sleep. These rooms offer lots of flexibility. They can be great bedrooms for young children – or night shift workers – because you can keep out light and noise. They can be used as a TV room, playroom, a home office, or a guest room.
